What happened to the Coaching Needs Assessment and TRAC?We have completely overhauled the Coaching Needs Assessment and TRAC into a more efficient and effect, standalone coaching tool. The all new TRAC has been redesigned to help you as the Coach assess the need, set the course, and run the race. As a Leader Breakthru Certified Coach, you can use TRAC for free with those you coach. Can I share my login info or downloadable resources with others?No. All materials and videos are intended for use only by the coach and those they are coaching. Where applicable, sharing resources with a coachee is permitted, however, sharing account login information is strictly prohibited. |
